Peristaltic Pump

This peristaltic pump housing is manufactured using rigid polyurethane. Polyurethane is a highly hydroscopic material requiring excellent drying systems to assure proper moisture levels. At Springboard we have Matsui Drying systems on all of our Injection Molding Machines, Matsui dryers have a superior drying technology that can achieve the needed moisture levels in far less time than standard "multi desiccant bed" systems used by most injection molders. We also utilize a moisture analyzer before processing to assure that the moisture levels are appropriate.
